The City of Chicago has enacted an ordinance affecting the Water Certification process. As far as we know, this will be effective immediately and includes:₪ Water Certifications will now be required for resales of condos and townhomes.
₪ There will be an increased application fee for Water Certifications: will be increased from $25 to $50 for all types of properties.
